"David was introduced to us by a mutual friend. We were needing to locate, buy and move into a new home very quickly. So, after understanding our needs, he immediately created a list of qualified properties fitting our criteria.

First, we just drove by and eliminated the properties and neighborhoods that didn't quite meet our expectations. Then, David showed us inside the remaining properties. After each viewing, he would have us choose (right then) which we liked best - the current or previous one? In this way he always kept it down to the 1 or 2 best properties we liked most. When we found our house it was easy to make our choice.

David also kept us informed and explained each step along the way. This was especially important to us since we were not familiar with the home buying process - especially in this country.

Always acting as our "advisor," David let us make the decisions, but guided us toward the right choices. We trusted him completely and he always looked out for our best interests. Soon, we'll be making some improvements to our home and we'll be asking David for some more good advice! (and maybe dinner in exchange for some help with the fix-up, too!!!)."
